In this Policy “you” or “your” refers to you, the “User” (everyone who uses our Services) and/or “Subscriber”(Real Estate Professional, Country Club Membership Office or other business entity who participate in our paid subscription program Services) and “LuxuryCountryClubs.com”,  “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Internet Holdings, LLC, the provider of the Website and Services, together with our subsidiaries and affiliates.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY AND EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO AND FORMS PART OF OUR TERMS OF USE (“Terms of Use”)

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following two types of information from our Website Users: (a) Personally Identifiable Information and (b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some is identified as voluntary. For example, to become a Subscriber, we require you to submit all of the information required. We will also collect financial data like credit card information and billing addresses from Subscribers, so that we can handle billing. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular program or activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that program or activity. We may also maintain and store Personally Identifiable Information about you that you do not directly provide, such as Personally Identifiable information received about you from third parties with which you have registered.

(b) NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION      

When you use our Website we may automatically collect and store certain “Website Usage Information” on our or our Service Providers server logs from “Cookies” and other technologies like “Web Beacon” or “Pixel Tag” information (as described in Section 4 titled COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES below). Website Usage Information is  “Non -Personally Identifiable Information” that describes how our Users navigate the Website including the number and frequency of Users to each Website page and the length of their stays. This Non-Personally Identifiable Information may also include details like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the Website mobile Website URL, you visited before coming to our Website, the URL of the Website you visit after leaving our Website, the type of browser and which version of it you using, the type of operating system you have and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. Your Information is used for, but is not limited to, the following purposes: (i) to provide the Services, (ii) to administer your use of the Services and any accounts you may have with us, (iii) to personalize your experience, (iv) communicate with you by sending you “Administrative Emails” (as defined below), (v) present you with advertising that you may find interesting by sending you “Promotional Emails” ( as defined below”) (vi) provide customer Services, (vii)  (viii) to resolve any disputes between users of the Website or between such users and us, (ix) to enforce our agreements with you, including but not limited to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable law and cooperate with law enforcement, a judicial body or other government agency (x) to analyze and research the effectiveness of our Website and find ways to improve our Services; (x) to contact you to obtain feedback from you regarding the Website and the Services

(b) NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to: (i) administer the Website, analyze trends and troubleshoot (ii) measure and improve the overall effectiveness and quality of our Services. For example, evaluate areas of the Website our Users engage favorably with and which areas of the Website are not so popular or maybe causing issues (iii) serve you the most appropriate version of a web page by being able to determine the technology available through your browser (iv) customize your User experience. (v) comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement, a judicial body or other government agency.

We will only share your personally identifiable information with a third party Subscriber when you request to contact such third party Subscriber using our Services (e.g if you contact us through the Website requesting to contact a Subscriber). We may share personally identifiable information that you share with us and information about your use of our Services with the party you wanted to contact according to this Policy’s terms.

(iv) AFFILIATED BUSINESSES

We may provide your personal information to our affiliated businesses, if (i) you have relationship with that affiliate business either online or offline (non-Internet), (ii) if you have visited the affiliate business Website that links to or mentions our Website, or (iii) if you have registered for our Services through the affiliated business program or website.

We may share non- personally identifiable information with our Services Providers, Subscribers, advertisers and other third parties in our sole discretion. All such non-personally identifiable information is generally aggregated and does not identify any individual user.

4. COOKIES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES

(a) COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that a Website or its Services provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser that enables the Website’s or Services provider’s systems to recognize your browser. 6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

We may enable you to refer friends to purchase Services on our Website. For referring friends you may receive refunds on your own purchases (subject to the terms and conditions of our “Referral Program”). We provide you a unique referral link for each Services purchased which you can share with your friends via an email invitation and social media links on the Website or through alternative communication methods. We may use and display your full name and email address (and other Personally Identifiable Information you voluntarily provide) when you send an email invitation to a friend or when sharing your content with a social network through the Website. When your friend clicks your link and makes a qualifying purchase, we attribute that referral to you. We do not collect your friends Personally Identifiable Information until that person clicks your link and makes a purchase.

As a condition to participate in our subscription program or other paid Services on the Website, we require your permission to send you promotional and administrative emails.

PROMOTIONAL EMAILS                                                                                    

“Promotional Emails” are emails we send you advertising promotional offers. If you do not want to receive Promotional Emails from us, you may elect to update your subscription preferences at any time or opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails at any time after registering by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our emails or contacting us from the Website. Even if you unsubscribe from Promotional Emails we may still send you Administrative Emails.

ADMINISTRATIVE EMAILS                                                                                

“Administrative Emails” are emails we send you regarding your activity on the Website, and include administrative and transactional information related to your account. For example, we may send you notice about an update to our Services, terms or this Privacy Policy and/or send you confirmation about a purchase or when a payment has been processed.

PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE OR WHEN USING THE SERVICES. If you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may request from us (i) a list of the categories of Personally Identifiable Information we have disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes, (ii)  a list of all third parties to whom we have shared that information. We will include in that list the names and addresses of the third parties who received the information and used it (or who we believe may have used it) for their own marketing purposes and (iii) examples of the type of Services or products marketed by those third parties.
